Where is my order confirmation number?
Your order confirmation number is generated for all online orders. Once you’ve successfully placed an order, you will receive an email with your order details and confirmation number.

Why does my order status show ‘Payment Pending’?
If your order status shows “Payment Pending,” it usually means the payment was unsuccessful. If you haven’t already received an email with instructions on how to reattempt payment, please check your inbox.

Unable to reattempt payment or didn’t get a payment failure email?
Please avoid recreating your order to prevent duplication! Instead, contact our Customer Service Team via email at [email protected] with the subject “Payment Pending,” and we’ll provide you with a link to reattempt payment.

Paid but order status has not been updated after 24 hours?
If your payment is successful but the order status hasn’t been updated after 24 hours, please email us at [email protected] with the subject “Order Whereabouts.” Our team will verify your payment and resend an order confirmation email.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations, including upgrades to shipping methods or changes to quantities. DELIVERY

How can I track my order?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can track your order here.

My order is Preparing to Ship/In Transit, what does that mean?
Hang tight! Your order has been packed and is on its way from the Lightnines warehouse! You will receive an email update with a Tracking Number. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking to become live.

What are your delivery options and how long is shipping?
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving payment. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, orders may be delayed by a few days. If there’s a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
